2025 DMAC Monster Dash 5k Fun Run and Trick or Treat Trail

Join us for a Halloween-themed charity fun run, hosted by Denton Music and Art Collaborative (DMAC Denton) in conjunction with the City of Denton’s 31 days of Halloween!

The 2nd DMAC Monster Dash and Trick or Treat Trail will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025. This family-friendly costume-encouraged event takes place at North Lakes Park in Denton, TX.

This year’s run will be a timed race. Each participant is required to register, which will include a wristband, running bib, themed T-shirt, and entry to the costume contest happening before the race.

The race itself is slightly over a 5k loop (3.3 miles) around North Lakes Park and passes the trick-or treat trail twice which will be on the existing cement sidewalk that runs along Windsor Drive and is ADA accessible.

This is an inclusive, family-oriented event, where runners, walkers, and strollers/rollers are welcome. Each participant is required to register. Stick around after the race to see our award ceremony.
